This apartment is positioned on the upper floor of the apartment complex. Ideal for a single person or a couple, it offers views over the shared pool and the lake. The apartment has a single bedroom with a Queen size bed and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and a granite topped sink/vanity unit.
The equipped fitted kitchen is adjacent to the living, which leads out onto the pool terrace or garden terrace. The living room has seating for four, Satellite TV, DVD/CD/VCD Player.
The apartment has a mezzanine level, which is accessed by a ladder. This additional area can either be used as an alternative office or storage area. It is not recommended as a spare bedroom.
